...elf with this organisation. you can garb a chance and grow if you work honestly. however i as a team leader have seen people who simply sit back home and want the salary. this place is not meant for them. we are very closly monitered. we have the suppoprt system as well. but grabing an offer letter doesn't guaranty you money. hyou have to perform as per your comitment during the interview. i have seen many people coming in and going out in this company. we have to work to get paid. There is nothing free.

...alls. yes it happens but only when he is driving or in meeting which is obvious. second is the pay outs. this is a problem with ony those who are in probation, donot perform inspite of multiple warnigs and then are fired from the job, specially due to their misbehaviours.

...k culture. we have to perform as per the targets given and company requirements. but the salary, as some people mislead, is not target based. Its a fixed salary. but we have to be comitted to deliver. we get the option of work from home if rquired. So travelling to the hometown has become easier.

the seniors are working with their juniours to provide them full support. this is the best i like about the company. the hr departmet are clearly and are strictly guided to clear the working norms and formalities before joining and during the interview only. this is to make sure that the candidate which we hire are completely ok with our terms and condition. and if somebody is not ok with the policy they may refuse to join in the interview only.

The policies are very transparent since the interview round one. they have zero tolerance for absence in the probation period as this is a continuous learning phase in the company.(unless there is an emergency) Unapproved 3 continuous absence leads to termination which is clearly mentioned in the offer letter as well. we, as HR recruiters are strictly told to convey the sales policy to all the sales employees during the first round of interview itself. people who agree to work on the given norms are required to proceed ahead further. there is no pressure of joining. acceptence and rejections are employees discretion. The hike during the confirmation of job is exciting. for sales people, there are attractive incentives. the option of online induction/ training is great for people who are unable to visit the office for joining..

the sales hiring becomes tought at times because in sales they donot pay salary when sales value is zero/ nill during the probation period. (no such issue after confirmation). this norm is binding because its the testing time for the cantidates i.e. what they have comitted during the interview and what are they actually delivering. for HR, taking leave duing probation period is really a tough job
