Management is really nice. The HOD's are super kind for everyone. Problem resolves quickly.
Dislikes
The main thing is low salary. Strict time for joining the duty but no fix timing for going back. No personal life. Full pressurized work.
My team manager and colleagues are good but the HQ people, they just need number (sales) nothing else they wanna hear.

No proper management,GM is horrible,upper management doesn't have idea of what's going at unit GM thinks he is the owner and treat possible way to anyone,so thinks twice before joining as they will give so attractive offers but after some time you feel like why you joined
They are also deducting money for week off in this hotel.In Sterling Legacy Shimla, the salary of the old workers is less and the salary of the new freshers is higher.The shoes given by this company to the staff got torn in just 15 days.Job here is not secure at all
In this situation no one understands what employyis feeling.
No support , working hours extended and pay reduced.
Company wants output with giving any input support
