Nothing there to like actually. They could have asked employees to be on payroll without pay and employees would have accept it, but Instead they decided to lay off during this tough time of lockdown where job market is indeed tight!

They are also deducting money for week off in this hotel.In Sterling Legacy Shimla, the salary of the old workers is less and the salary of the new freshers is higher.The shoes given by this company to the staff got torn in just 15 days.Job here is not secure at all
