Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Supportive management. We have to just prove the management the requirements for job completion and management will support you with all that is required to complete the job. Very good work culture.

$ Too much time wasted in on line meetings. $ Management will humiliate you in the forum if you fail to perform to the desired expectations, but the next moment will uplift you and motivate you to perform $ Very difficult to get the payment released if site payment is not released. $ Senior staff is the set back to the organization. They won't work under you and will always try and find ways to pull you down and prove your inefficiency to the management.
