The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology and i love this fact that i am a part of team that is markets reliable ,high-quality products and has a global client base.As a result. I also like the employees re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow .the work pressure is very high.sometimes. I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Also , there is no on-job training for fresher, hense senior folks like me have to guide them step by step,which is a pain sometimes

Timely payment of Salary since last 3 years even during Covid Lockdown. Not Much Pressure except Occasionally.

Nothing. Work Culture is hopeless. Vice President Shailesh Shah is always around the HR Dept. He is more interested in HR work then his own work of production.

All HR dept is considered has first class "CHEF". During any of the customer visit all HR Dept has to line stand and do serving. Shailesh Shah is always poking on the HR Dept. He is only one person called "CHANAKYA" in Maser Plant. Only for his feedback/wrong information most of the good employee were removed. You have to agree with Shailesh Shah if not then next day all torture will happen. Infact management listen to him only. God Save HR Dept from Shailesh Shah. He is biggest politician in the MASER PLANT. If you want to survive then do "SALUTE" in hindi "SALAMI". He is person who has spoiled the culture in Maser Plant. Employee are not afraid of CEO/MD but him as when he will play politics in removing the good employee from Maser Plant.

Unbalanced management becoz now takeover bid for Perfect day Inc American based company. In future who's this boss and decision making person we don't know.
