The duty timing is very strict. Our senior staff supports us. Every month get a little late but we get our salary. We are very happy to work in Sterling Wilson company.

Job is not secure anytime anyone's name is announced this month is your last start searching for a new job. If the company has a project, then there are more staff requirements, then no one is removed from the job.

its a good opprtunity to grow in this company, but the disadvantage is compensation and benefits are less otherwise its a good platform to showcase our skills in technical operations while perfoming the job.

Its very good company and having good atmosphere but due to corona There salary issue has started. But overall very nice company Flexibe job timing i.e general shift. 1st, 2nd, 3rd Saturday and sunday fix off. Big canteen. Sports facilitiy available.

I like this company.but I am do job on document controller from since 12.10.2016.till now there is no any increment my salary .and I can company identity card.

Teammates are very co-operative, I haven't got any training during my working period , I think there has no job security obviously career growth is high, salary structure is so so, work environment & work life is good.

I have already written that I haven't got any training during my job period, salary structure should be much better specially for third party employee & work environment & work life balance is good & satisfy.
