Salary is not on time. Company dont have sufficient project. Payment are stuck up of vendors. Timely not pay the payment of employee as well as contractors. Overall worst experience as a MNC company. Company not have money to pay the payment.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, and has a global client base. As a result, I get to travel abroad, But on-site travel is completely dependent on your project and client’s location.Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration.

Compensation is ok. The work pressure is high. Sometimes, I have to work 10-11 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the midnight.

You will have job security, supporting staff , Good pay. Good for those who put on there cv -seeking for new challenges.😂 You will learn to balance personal (24-14 you will have 10 hours = sleep + fresh+time to family) and Professional life (minimum 14 hours) . This is my honest review . If company management read this .. Please work on it.

Working time is terrible Day start from 7:30 AM ( fixed time at which you leave for site ) Day end on 9:30 PM at least ( can be upto 10 PM to reach back home/guest house) 14 hours work time. 14x7x30 This timing is applicable for SW site. Off day depends on your site work staff availability. Not fixed This not only my personal experience, I and 4 new joine left job with in a month .
