The duty timing is very strict. Our senior staff supports us. Every month get a little late but we get our salary. We are very happy to work in Sterling Wilson company.

Dislikes

Job is not secure anytime anyone's name is announced this month is your last start searching for a new job. If the company has a project, then there are more staff requirements, then no one is removed from the job.

No work, people are idle and punching morning and evening, no growth no efforts to enhance the business.

Dislikes

Salary is delayed and they don't pay once you leave the organization. No F&F, they rely over employees salary to run the business. Beware of getting employed in such companies.

As a result, I get to travel abroad, But on-site travel is completely dependent on your project and client’s location.Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration.

Compensation is ok. The work pressure is high. Sometimes, I have to work 10-11 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the midnight.
