...inish work. There is no process to follow, no updated data of existing projects. No salary on time and reimbursement will be paid when they have money. No support from management and will blame you. Cafeteria is a small stall in parking lot.HR and IT department are for name only. Even for laptop and ID you have to beg. If you get offer, use it to take hike in another company but dont join here.

The duty timing is very strict. Our senior staff supports us. Every month get a little late but we get our salary. We are very happy to work in Sterling Wilson company.

Job is not secure anytime anyone's name is announced this month is your last start searching for a new job. If the company has a project, then there are more staff requirements, then no one is removed from the job.

You will have job security, supporting staff , Good pay. Good for those who put on there cv -seeking for new challenges.😂 You will learn to balance personal (24-14 you will have 10 hours = sleep + fresh+time to family) and Professional life (minimum 14 hours) . This is my honest review . If company management read this .. Please work on it.

Working time is terrible Day start from 7:30 AM ( fixed time at which you leave for site ) Day end on 9:30 PM at least ( can be upto 10 PM to reach back home/guest house) 14 hours work time. 14x7x30 This timing is applicable for SW site. Off day depends on your site work staff availability. Not fixed This not only my personal experience, I and 4 new joine left job with in a month .

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

All system of site work from salary to all facilities No week off ,No level, salary is also at delaying,In site seniors treat employees as labour no respect .they tell outstation they give but here since 5 month we not received.outstation should come for bank account directly.These middle people spoiling the name of company.
