...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. .

Its very good company and having good atmosphere but due to corona There salary issue has started. But overall very nice company Flexibe job timing i.e general shift. 1st, 2nd, 3rd Saturday and sunday fix off. Big canteen. Sports facilitiy available.

Teammates are very co-operative, I haven't got any training during my working period , I think there has no job security obviously career growth is high, salary structure is so so, work environment & work life is good.

I start my corporate life at Sterling and Wilson. It provides a strong base for my technical knowledge. The working culture is very good. My Mentor has supported me Both professionally as well as personally. The best part is the Work-life balance.

...inish work. There is no process to follow, no updated data of existing projects. No salary on time and reimbursement will be paid when they have money. No support from management and will blame you. Cafeteria is a small stall in parking lot.HR and IT department are for name only. Even for laptop and ID you have to beg. If you get offer, use it to take hike in another company but dont join here.
