Career growth,salary/appraisal, travel, job security is entirely depend on the slavery to HOD/Team Heads. No value for straight forward & honest employees. Work environment is ICU. Politics is very high. Innovation & learning is back dated & tortoise speed procedure. Overall company is good filtering the Cunning HOD/Team Heads.

...inish work. There is no process to follow, no updated data of existing projects. No salary on time and reimbursement will be paid when they have money. No support from management and will blame you. Cafeteria is a small stall in parking lot.HR and IT department are for name only. Even for laptop and ID you have to beg. If you get offer, use it to take hike in another company but dont join here.

The duty timing is very strict. Our senior staff supports us. Every month get a little late but we get our salary. We are very happy to work in Sterling Wilson company.

Dislikes

Job is not secure anytime anyone's name is announced this month is your last start searching for a new job. If the company has a project, then there are more staff requirements, then no one is removed from the job.
