Job is not secure anytime anyone's name is announced this month is your last start searching for a new job. If the company has a project, then there are more staff requirements, then no one is removed from the job.

...service engineer but company didn't have many sites so I have handle one site. Here I am working on consultancy pay roll so not getting facilities and benefits.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.
