Nothing, There is no satisfaction working here, Salary and other benefits are very bad, every time you have give them justification, If it is their fault also you have to give justification

Its payment of salary system is good. Punctuality maintained for the same. There is no job security there, it is very terrible. As the management even don't think about the employee, whether he gets employment in other place or not? They used to throw out the employee as nothing happened with them. Outgoing and incoming of employee continued through out the time.

No job Security, No work as per Job Description, no balance between personal and professional life, owner only listen retired persons things, no matter what you want to do, not accept new things, very narrow mind thinking of all HOD. give monetary penalty without any mistake, no one interested in your opinion. very worst condition of work environment, no HOD and superior support. any time get resign from you.
