The company has flat hierarchy & a friendly atmosphere. The mentors are very helpful & approachable and understand their team members. Good work life balance. On job training. Had a decent appraisal every year. Average employee strength used to 25-30. Company is good for people who wants to work as intern or want to have short term work experience. Not for the people looking for long term commitment towards the company.

Dislikes

The decision makers tends to be partial when the crisis hit. False hope about the appraisals. More than half of the employees were laid off or left the job pertaining to company's financial instability. The employee growth is extremely stagnant as the company is at its maturity stage.
