I like the cause for which they are working and that's why I joined the company. But let's see the truth in dislike section.

Dislikes

They don't care about their employees at all: 1. Salary is shockingly low compared to the workload an innovation Engineer faces in a school which has been assigned to them. 2. Its not like they can't pay a respectable salary according to current market standard because they take a hefty amount from school just for engineer's service say something between 70-80 k but they pay you in the range of 16-20 k. See the evilness. 3. Now let's talk about the appraisal, at the time of hiring they will say you that after 3 months of training they will increase your salary but when you will ask after 3 months they will say do you have any proof in written that we said so! I was said that we only do increment after 1 year and that too in very rare scenario, I mean look at the audacity. 4. So I would say being unemployed is much much better than joining this company.

Good team support, and best training team , 100% job security , good salary growth , yes little bit traveling is there , without politics a organization can't exists , politics leads to company growth , 100% learning job, good working environment , the main thing here is always need innovation

Here no individual opinion is considered and increase of problem the blame you and main problem is they dont think the working condition , if once task assigned you have to do at any cost.

1.Company has on learning platform where both students as well as trainers can learn 2. Company made some of the kit by themselves which is comes in pros 3. They provide the reimbursement which is good

Dislikes

...eep you get to know that you have scheduled for that you have to wake 5 am 2. Some trainers get their salaries on time & sometimes you have to remind the company that you exist in this company and they need to release your salary 3. They will tell you to visit multiple schools where you have no idea what earlier trainer has taught and what topic you need to cover

Supporting management as well as employees .Good company for who is heading towards the field of robotics and other related Technologies.

Dislikes

As it is a education based company so those who are looking for industrial based robots it is not beneficial for them.

The HR and TL ATUL and the manager are the worst persons of my life. They are very bad as they always on the politics and always wants to be so smart, they know nothing but they manipulates people like they are the ones who are the main pillers of the company but they're not the good in their workplace neither in God place (earth).Karma would definitely tells them and backlashes them they did with innocent employees. This company will be shutted down so soon.☝️karma is the ultimate powerful weapon. Mrs shaili mr atul and the anuj manager you would know how your career falls down randomly one day and you all fails in your life one day because of your karma☝️
