Nothing special but salary on time Location is decent

Highly suspicious if its real company or not, they recruit you to work for Stemmons and then throw you to IT staffing. it's consultancy renting on corporate building. Job timings and no shift allowances. they give you job on the deal of security bond amount of 1 year. this security amount means so much to them. Regularly some amount of pay cut in almost employee without informing on what basis. Unskilled managers in all department who are unable to switch their jobs. Intense corporate politics in the name of religions and castes (You won't find any Muslim employee), it's house of Marathi lobby. toxicity can easily sense in work culture and communications.

...d management is transparent. There is a cafeteria and gaming zones for chilling. Company policy are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is lot of politics. There is monetary bond for a year.

...ork envious and culture. Teammates are supportive and management is transparent. Every festival’s celebrate and company policies are good, good salary and bouns every year . New candidates gets hike but existing employees gets less then average appraisals.

Management is poor School type culture. You won't feel it's a IT company. You can not directly address your problems to higher position people. You have to go hierarchy wise. Time bound culture. If you late by even 1 minute more than 3 days they will deduct salary of one day or you have to apply for full day leave. No mobile usage inside premises. All policies are only for lower level employees. Higher level employees can break any policy. You can't take your own leave without having dispute with managers. If you are taking leave you have to submit the proof.
