Good work envious and culture. Teammates are supportive and management is transparent. Every festival’s celebrate and company policies are good, good salary and bouns every year . New candidates gets hike but existing employees gets less then average appraisals.

Work culture is good Job security is good Provide Lunch or dinner(as per your shift timings) free of cost. But not in corona pandemic. Work load is not much. Salary on time. Infrastructure is really good.

Dislikes

Management is poor School type culture. You won't feel it's a IT company. You can not directly address your problems to higher position people. You have to go hierarchy wise. Time bound culture. If you late by even 1 minute more than 3 days they will deduct salary of one day or you have to apply for full day leave. No mobile usage in side premises. All policies are only for lower level employees. Higher level employees can break any policy. You can't take your own leave without having dispute with managers. There is no job security , before join the company there is bond of 2 month there is no buy out before join they will take cheque of your full month gross salary and after you will able to join , if you leave the company before one year at any reason they will deduct the check or your salary. And if your salary deduction they will give FNF , they will not mention on peper they deducted ,
