- Discrimination between employee & Manager - Deduct/Hold salary 3 times in 2 year, without any intimation & no proper justification, - You might get Inexperience boss who got promotion not on base of qualification but due to favoritism/relations - Company is really in trouble, cost cutting, Termination all is going on

There is only 1 reason is, that pay on every 1 on month. Otherwise there is nt that you like about company, Stemmons has worst rules and regulations, and that also 1 sided rule, who are good to TL and Management they can feel like their home,, I can say it’s all about like primer school . That only 1 good think is they are not calling employees family, to complain about. Not even 1 Start from 10.

There management is worst, only finely worming to the employee, TL and Manager has secured there place in the company from long years from when company open. Only partiality company.

Annoying Discrimination in employees. Not guided by company about behavior with new people. Worst receptionist. (behaves like owner of company) They don't have what to do and not to do.

Highly suspicious if its real company or not, they recruit you to work for Stemmons and then throw you to IT staffing. it's consultancy renting on corporate building. Job timings and no shift allowances. they give you job on the deal of security bond amount of 1 year. this security amount means so much to them. Regularly some amount of pay cut in almost employee without informing on what basis. Unskilled managers in all department who are unable to switch their jobs. Intense corporate politics in the name of religions and castes (You won't find any Muslim employee), it's house of Marathi lobby. toxicity can easily sense in work culture and communications.

...d management is transparent. There is a cafeteria and gaming zones for chilling. Company policy are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is lot of politics. There is monetary bond for a year.
