Only people with reference can stay here , employees don't get empowerment confirmation even after 2 years of work. Reference employees sleep and get healthy increment. Harrasment is very common specially the COO of the company hire the female candidates on looks attire and appearance. He wants to flirt and do time pass with them. Specially make them sit in his cabin without any reason for time pass. Even after harrasment case happened he is still been supported.

It's worst place with dirty people. Dirty politics. Loss making company hold salary of employees and still running. Funding issues

An American company and could have done so well in india. I wish this amazing organization must be in right hand for india operation

Associate with the company since 2010, I enjoy the sincere appreciation I received from not only management, but also the people I work with. A heartfelt Thanks goes a long way to improving my attitude and productivity. In terms of the nut and bolts of my jobs, it involves Spreadsheets and numbers and a lot of problem solving. I have always enjoyed discovering new Excel Features / formulas which only serve to remind me how little I really know about its full capabilities. Company handled very well Pandemic situation during COVID, and each and every staff / team members were taken care off by on time payouts without any deduction and mentally support. Little things go a long way, such as company recognising birthdays and actual achievements & appreciations. At the end on positive note, I am good at my job and feel positive about my contribution to the business at highest level.

Stemcyte is an Emotion more than anything. The cord blood industry gives you the satisfaction of doing the right job in terms of assisting "to be parents" to make the right decision. My job role invites multiple tasks. In a nutshell, it gives me the joy of being recognized and of course, the opportunity to grow professionally and personally.
