For personal growth, at initial phase of career, the learning process is well over where as you are independent to handle stuffs.

Increment is not provided until you put resignation, forget increment even there is delay in receiving salary. After one left the company, full and final settlement payment has not been initiated yet it has been about 3 months from date of resignation.

Nothing - No timely salary no timely increment no safety no hr policy 12 hours daily duty need to do instead of 8 hours no medical insurance in start of 3 month HR policy need to change

Work for your own satisfaction and appreciate yourself. There is no so called system to encourage your efforts. The one works round the clock and the one counts the day for salary,all treated same. There is no difference and there is no evaluation.

...k and ask to finish it till today end. Otherwise you have to wait till midnight. New joinee get good sallery package where older didn't get the hike of 5% in a year.

Never understanding the situation. Just asking to give the resign if you are not ok with the work and sallery.

...nment and Culture. Teammates are supported and to the management is transparent.Company policy are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and Bonus every year.

Salary is a decent but career growth is slow. Salary is very low and work hard.
