If you are a 'Yes Sir/Ma'am' kinda corporate majdoor, you can survive (you can thrive if you can do boot-licking as well) else you will be kicked out for this or that reason by HR.

Dislikes

The this and that reason mentioned above can be easily pulled out of thin air and fed to the management :) Please stop kidding about personal life. You should give up your family ties if you are joining this company. There is a lot more for this section but I'm burnt out. Thanks to my beloved company :)

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards.
