Overall experience worst. Less salary’s heavy work and pressure and daily target high compared to other companies. There is no working hours only targets (official working hours 9 but most of the people working 10 hours&more and weekends holiday not confirmed because they called for weekends work before 1 hour or 30 minutes. If volumes is higher then employees need to logging early 2 to 3 hours before logging time and they not pay money for extra hours. After service notice period 2months also they not given reliving letter more then 1 month.

...will not help resources or they are not going to give any reply to your queries.The employees who are very close to the management will get more salary benefits,too much of partiality there.If you are an experienced one there is no benefit to choose this organization.If you are a fresher, depends on the manager or team lead you can learn from here.only very few leads are talented here.so think twice or thrice before joining here.

Nice environment to work there... People's very supportive even they are giving 3 times food and Snacks everything. It is the best place for freshers to get experience and it will helpful for future opportunities in any new roles which are suitable for your career enhancement.

...sure is too high and we are working more than 16hrs a day and without week off.. Salary is too low when compared to work pressure.... One word about company is Pressure Cooker.... Bad experience, no growth, no culture etccc😠

Good work environment and culture teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary Including hike and bonus every year. We been asked everyday in team meeting for our Health conditions. 😇
