Their HR department is completely fake , in the beginning they will promise you that you will get 1 lakh bonus after 1 year and they do not give it after one year . HR paritosh dabral did same with me and while i was serving notice period they allocated me in project.
There is no work at all in their projects all are support projects and there are very bad policies here which changed anytime.

I stayed for 5 years as I committed to stay. Started with one project. Worked on making the count for oracle databases as 6. Apart from that worked on azure data pipelines. But in return I got -
1. Delayed promotion
2. Retention bonus to be paid in three years (some amount each year).
3. They even asked for oracle team leadership to the junior folks from my team despite putting best of my work.
4. Oracle team was neglacted completely, A seasoned senior SQL DBA was given to lead oracle team. I respect him as a team lead but can not claim him the oracle lead.
5. They did not pay the night shift allowances in first two years while in induction session session it was told to be given!
6. Competent leadership was set aside and some "I am the LORD" types took over and ruined the company culture.
7. Every senior resource consider himself the manager 😂. Trying to steer other technology's team. Like Linux team tells oracle team that thier patching scripts are causing issue while they did not check time out parameter in ssh settings.
8. No investment on training.
I stayed thinking services will be valued and I can also climb the corporate ladder. But they proved me wrong.
For me the experience from here is life long learning. Always keep appearing the interviews so that you are aware of your market value.

Worst company ever. No work life balance, No personal growth, lots of mental pressure and they are doing fake commitments with their employees. If there is options to click on -1 that suits Stefanini more.
Every single day changing the policies therefore employee getting deduction in salary during the joining they are commenting too much but afterwards they are not taking care of employees.
They are terminating employees if single mistake make like you forget to punch ID card they will fire you.
Higher management naver listening to anyone they are doing as they want.
...and partiality, which makes the environment toxic and difficult to thrive in.
4. Selective Appraisals: Every year, only a handful of "selected" employees get a salary hike, while many others are either fired or pressured to leave.
5. Favoritism Towards Family Connections: Growth opportunities often go to people with personal connections or relatives within the company, making it hard for others to advance.
6. Unproductive Team Leads: Team leads are often more focused on Instagram and other social media than on supporting or guiding the team.
7. Lack of Leadership Effort: Leads seem to be more interested in gossip and office politics than in managing the team or pushing for productivity and growth.
