Hi All, During a job opportunity, when the recruiter asked for my expected CTC, I mentioned 12 LPA, as my previous job's fixed salary was 7.8 LPA. Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Would it be reasonable to ask for 14 LPA, considering I initially stated my expectation as 12 LPA? The job is based in Gurgaon, and I have 4.5 years of experience. Looking forward to your advice!

There is nothing to like about working here.

Dislikes

...ow to do mental torture and people working there are not in a good mental state. They run their company without registering and still cut tds from the bare minimum salaries They pay. Even after working under so much stress They don't give experience letter.

The owner of the company is Abhishek Punj worst company to work with there is no management they treat people like shit.they breach contract and does not give certificate of experience, women are treated here as shit they are very sexist and terrible people the manager Tushar singh is a misogynist they don't have any professionalism and work culture is absolutely worst if you are thinking of joining them please don't waste your time here , they will only waste your time they don't have there company registered and they still deduct tds from salary cheap people stuff .there are no employee benefit .
