The company is open to innovation and readily adopted lattest technology. I love the fact that i am a part of a team that market reliable, high quality production. I work happily with each new challenges.

Dislikes

Compensation is very most important thing in this area and growth is slow. The work pressure is very high.. Manager do not value an individual unique strength. He which is why I have to take back my suggestion most of the times.

After graduation I started my job a security guard only 650 rupees per month. I become very happy when my first salary in my pocket in 1993. After that I continue my job in security department. So I like this job.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
