Job security is totally depend upon the employees, work culture is not so good because there is no one to support you. Company policy is bad but management is ok.

Because I am working from 2019 and still there is no hike in salary.. They are not polite with employees...even they are not paying money for paid leave.

Work pressure is very much. Most of the time manager respond only for there work not looking for there employee problem.

Ya it's a nice company, we learnt more things such as bts comessiong, link connectivity, BTS swap, and so on. How does handdle the pressure for senior's manager voice . We did finished my work before deadline.

When we go for site installation there is no facility for cab. At night there is no any types of cab facility, more salary issues.

Work environment good. salary pay timely paid. unit manager and supervisor support every step. good communication colleague .

No response employees as need timely from HR team. when leaving the job Clearance time above 55 days. nothing you to pay salary or experience letter before 55 days. very bed experience clearance time.

It would have been nice to work in this company but I would have received my salary very late. When I came here with resignation, I did not get the last month's salary. Besides, I would like to work in this company. The use of official staff is very good.
