To be very honest, there is nothing good about working here. Management has bo vision about running the company which leads to suffering of everyone down the line. Poor leadership has resulted into failure of company.

Dislikes

At present it does not have its own working capital, hence you have to depend upon 3rd party to infuse working capital into the company per month. Due to which salaries are also affected - more than 3 months salary is pending.

None support from Company .... I have joined Steelco in August, 2019 and left the December, 2019 without receiving single rupees from there and still awaiting the same...
