All Manager are not professional, because they ITI or diploma , they retire or extended job after retirement so all time they feel insecurness.That way they not support to good candidate like btech or good compitater. They want to bound one are to there junio for only insecurness.

Steelcast is esteem firm. it's management is very good .all the boxes are very cooperative and mortally support their co staff. Working with steelcast is very pleasant
