Management will think of you if you are in managerial role else don't join. If you are from Odissa team leader will give good appraisals else very low or near to nothing. Lot of lobbying and state wise politics.

5 days working, safety culture.

Dislikes

Poor management/ leadership of Pune factory. Especially HR and QA teams Manager. If you anyone planning to join here in QA department I would suggest please stay away from this Pune plant. You will get treatment like Bhosari MIDC from HR Manager & QA manager.

Nothing except the 2 day week off to make your self ready for another 5 day non stop hectic routine. Food is so bad that you might lost your appetite after joining this company.

Dislikes

Food is bad the way the workers treat you is bad, HR don't have any kind of spine, HR is just a puppet of managers, who have to work regularly after office hours, sometimes you are lucky if you got sick because then only you can switch off your phone completely and cut yourself out from that place.

The organisation is very lean that it puts pressure on increased work load impacts work life balance.

management is completely biased. No so called MNC culture is followed .Some local companies have better working culture than Steelcase. Every manager runs its own monopoly. there is proper growth strategy for the individuals working.Not a single manager is aware of the any of the process and they don't want to understand it.
