I have Joined this Company 8 October 2020 as a D.ET. ,Now I'm Assistant Engineer But My Current CTC Salary till now 16500 But Now New Joining Employee As D.ET. 16500 There is no defence between Both are Salary Same My Experience 2 Year 9 Month Now (2023 CTC Salary -16500) in Steel Strips wheels Ltd Mehsana So Please Notice this point Thank you

Little bit Slow career Growth for fresher and for Experience person Company is Very good .. For learning Organizations Is too good.You can Help itself to learn itself for Growth In your life at early Age.

Worst Work Environment. Company policies are fair enough. Job security is nil. Appraisals are below average.

Too much politics. Salary is indecent. Career growth is slow. Even trainees who are supposed to stay for nearly an year are compelled to leave the job. Appraisals are never given on time. Suppression of talents and loyal employees is their only motive.

team mets are good .they are always motivate and teach about the job .job security is very less,career growth is good at some few departments,salary comparitively very low for exp candidates if you came from another company you will got more appraisal but internal growth is very low.poor work life balance
