1) They don't follow any standards 2) Salary scale is very poor, They won't provide you the present market salary. 3) They simply waiting to deduct your salary without any intimations 4) Working atmosphere is very bad at Bangalore office. 5) They won't treat as a employee they will treat like a labours 6) They provide you with a lot of promises but they won't deliver dat LOT of DEDUCTIONS once you get the monthly salary will get to know

Company was good when it was under control of CMD

...Project Manger role. There is no future in their Project Management Department.. They will deduct the salary without any prior information and they fail to achieve monthly target, Loss is project..

...helpful. In this company, if any problems the staff are take action immediately. This is too good I loved it ❤️ ( No issues about salary).

There is little leave and the employees money is deducted from both sides of the provident fund. 🙂

...culture was not good at all.After resign company didn't give any F & F gratuity. So employees give resign after take salary on 12. So many employees facing this issue,A man who gave his 6 years giving notice period of 2 month but still company didn't give any F & F.so pathetic condition.Please Avoid if you join.You can contact old employee if this us fake honest review.

.... You will get lots of responsibilities but no rights. 7. No Medical benifit. 8. Salary gets deducted if they don't touched the targets. 9. Poor Work-Life Balance. 10. Poor Work Environment. No safety precautions. 11. Prime focus is on Production/Dispatch. No one care about quality. 12. Once you give resign, they will try to make your life hell.
