I like the job security and nps facility

Dislikes

Dislike about salary stature, facilities in work area, polluted atmosphere, working culture, no skill development learning, very poor pramotion policy in non executive.

Likes

Just that the salary is regular.

Dislikes

The work culture is pathetic with uneven share of responsibility (for the same salary) among peers. No control of management over non-Executive staff, they are mostly controlled by unions and this leads to unnecessary pressure on Executives to get the jobs done somehow.

ITS WORKING STRATEGY I LIKE. IT MAKE WORKERS FOOL WITH THE HELP OF UNION LEADERS. THIS IS THE COMPANY FOR OFFICERS AND EVERY FACILITY THEY ARE RECEIVING FROM SAIL.

...AR EMPLOYEES AFTER DISCUSSION WITH RETIRED OUTSIDE OLD WORKERS AS UNION LEADERS. STTLEMENT OF PAY SCALE IS NOT EQUAL TO ALL, NO BASIC SALARY GROWTH IS OBSERVED IN MIDDLE STAGED WORKMEN, COUNTED BESIC BECOMING LESS FROM PREVIOUS YEARS,

Gives ample scope to explore opportunities. Gives exposure to Cross functional experience. With the recent spate of Modernisation & Expansion all across SAIL, new state of the art technology has been inducted, which provides enormous challenge for go-getters. I pride my employment at SAIL, as i am able to contribute directly towards the growth of the nation- be it countries infrastructural dev-Bogibeel Bridge, space explorations- Chandrayan-II or rails on which the country moves, its all made in SAIL.

...ge the power of IT in business. Training is another which needs to be shored up. The concept of Performance Related Pay is very vague or virtually absent. The company is not attracting best talents from the academia.

Work or life balance is very good and.it,s products helps the Nation for growing ,good technology and high quality of products global client base.colleagues comes from various culture.very huge man power . Main product is rail track wich is supply to railway.for graduate degree holders growth is good.

...holders is zero.no opportunities , compensation and allowances are not so good . Salary is very less compare to other PSU or je . promotion policy is very very poor.
