At this point anyone associating with Stebr is at risk of not getting paid for their work.

Dislikes

Very very unprofessional borderline fraud I've worked wit hStebr Inc(USA) for more than 2 years and in those years not a single payment came on time . On top of that when the contract was terminated, they didn't clear the due payments and still haven't paid for work of last few months. At this point anyone associating with Stebr is at risk of not getting paid for their work. The company has recently been acquired by a bigger company.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
