...e in the company for this work on the whole I'll say never to join this company. Also the salary and other benifit comparing to other organization is low company give to much salary as per their exp They live in the 2006 salary structure and their policy.

Job security is good as like government. Yearly 2 times bonus you will get. After 3 year 1 lakh loyalty bonus you will get. After 5 year 10000 inr you will get extra.
