At bathinda site work and family life balance very poor , and work culture is also very poor .management not support his junior and there is nepotism culture. That's why I am not recommending any one to join . 2. Company not give value to employees. 3. Oil grease work culture between managers and employee.

...e in the company for this work on the whole I'll say never to join this company. Also the salary and other benifit comparing to other organization is low company give to much salary as per their exp They live in the 2006 salary structure and their policy.

Work life balance is good but it depends upon site to site condition.Facilities and other work culture changes site to site.overall good.

Promotion amd increment very slow . Salary also less as compared to experience.

Job security is good as like government. Yearly 2 times bonus you will get. After 3 year 1 lakh loyalty bonus you will get. After 5 year 10000 inr you will get extra. After 10 year 10 GM gold you will get. Steag energy services India Pvt Ltd is a very good company . Here no politics for employees...

Salary difference for same job colleagues. Once you join Steag, you need to beg for promotion and increment but you won't get it. Manpower management is very poor. Steag management is very poor. Steag is best for persons who don't want to work but get timely salary and timely increment as there is no one who look after descipline and punctuality.
