There is a lot of politics and the site managers, sr manager doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before

At bathinda site work and family life balance very poor , and work culture is also very poor .management not support his junior and there is nepotism culture. That's why I am not recommending any one to join . 2. Company not give value to employees. 3. Oil grease work culture between managers and employee.
