If I talk about dislikes of working here, it is the company does not provide Saturday off and working days are Monday to Saturday.

Working here from last 2 years and it’s been an Incredible journey at steadfast nutrition. As Steadfast Nutrition, the commitment to quality and innovation in supplements is inspiring and it feels great to be a part of a team dedicated to improving lives. If I talk about work environment is very positive and truly supportive from management which encourages personal growth and a passion for wellness. Also got chance to attend events like IHFF where I got a chance to interact with customer and helped me to understand them better. Till now I have learned so many things here and I’m very grateful for the same. Specially I want to thank Aman sir our founder who gave me this chance to work here.

If you are joining the company let me tell you that the company offers the most secure and warmest place to work. There is no office politics as everything is transparent and we are able the approach the heads of the company without any hesitation. Everything for us has been taken care by them even the smallest things like having meals at time to dropping you home safely during late night hours. Aman sir is the boss you will always look for. He is the most helping and understanding person and treats us like his own family. No matter what the issue is and what the problems you are facing he is always there to help you without any superiority complex . Being the youngest in the management staff he always tries to guide and protects us from the things which may goes against us in future . I have never sensed any issues from his part nor any ego issues. Small things makes big impacts and Aman sir taking care of their employees each and every things, tells a lot about him. I wish best for him and the company.

The company excessively invest on their employees with all Apple products and even if our device faces the smallest of the issue they are being replaced by new and update version👀Though this is the wish for every employee working in corporate.

In Steadfast I have been working here for the last 7 years and this journey has so incredible so many ups and downs. I have changed a lot and learned a lot with our director. he understands the feelings to each employee working here if you are working passionately he knows you are doing your 100% and if you are only doing time passes and wasting company time he knows. company is very strict about its goals and plans. if you can run fast you have to run fast with company. There is no chance for slow people steadfast is like a bullet train. i am enjoying here and building my career with growth.

Though Nutrition market is very cluttered, still Steadfast Nutrition is totally dedicated to its mission and values.
