Worst MD, IT head always disturb all departments. All decisions by MD and IT..both. Both creates the situation for employees left job for their own job security. Never join this company. Wastage of time n harrasment. Same turnover not growing company. Only MD and IT grow. No new employee works more than 6 months maximum due to dirty culture.

management is disgusting and very poor mentality.. No growth.. No job security bcoz of MD is always in mood to use peoples at the start and after some days he makes situation to employee so he will leaves the organization or try to trap employee under any work reason and try to cut down salaries from monthly pay or out them on lay off for some months without understanding the employees financial condition. Work environment is highly polluted bcoz of politics and old members of company are not ready accept new employee in work environment and not supporting. Unethical work culture from MD itself.

Basically Top Executive in India, who heads the Company, does not want Functional heads to stay longer in the Company. Company has not grown as much as it should have been since the last 18 years of presence in India, because of attitudinal problem at the higher level. Company atmosphere is highly vitiated, there is very high labour turnover especially at the higher level, Job security is almost nil in this Company. Most of the top executive left high & dry, as they are forced to leave the Company within 1-2 years of time.

Dislikes

Salary offered in offer letter , was not received as was promised, your 30% is variable , which is never paid, as you are graded below par ( as per his Performance criteria), you end in losing money, hope, self esteem, confidence in yourself during your tenure in this Company.
