HR departments is useless, overall company under Chamchas, no work life balance, always feel pressured, job security is zero, less increments, no appreasal,

Tidong Power Generation situated in Kinnaur Himachal Pradesh, Culture of the Company is very worst , all manager are foreigners they will terminate anybody anytime , no job security, no hr , no HR policies, no body will listen you, salary very good, fooding and lodging very good but how many days you will work their no one can tell you they may terminate you anytime. Do not join over their ,if you don't have any job then you can join but you have job in ur hand don't join this company

Open forum we can easily raise our voice questions for our self welfare and other things this one is the great thing in statkraft..never seen this type of welfare for workers as well as workers..Best of luck

At this time I think there is nothing negative in my mind for the company but still one thing if there are no projects to in coming months then it's difficult to be a part of statkraft

Higher Management in HQ not able to take positive decisions for the hydro projects in india. Management lease bother for growth of the employees.
