...nything. And I had to work 9.5 hours where in other companies it's only 8 hours. There is no OT pay, there's no incentives, infact they've made sure for client holiday you apply your own leaves. There are no holidays, if cut down client holidays I only have 12 leaves, which includes sick leave, personal leaves, earned leaves. Ps. If you're sick then you have to apply leave which will be unplanned and your incentive is gone.

Only cab service I like in state street HCL and the job security.

Dislikes

No hike in salary even after spending years in the company, the pay is very low and not upto market standard. No work life balance and adequate training provided.

... will be able to learn and grow. Team members are good and always ready To help. Salary is on time.

Dislikes

Managers are good for nothing. Don't have any knowledge of process. Dirty politics is there in the company.

You get to learn all things by yourself(which is not good in many cases). No official trainings are provided (even to freshers).

Dislikes

...Working hours are unbelievably horrible. There's no limit to your working hours. You will affect your health very badly and there's no satisfactory compensation against this.

To start as fresher this is good platform but for experienced employees this company isn’t perfect place for you
