As the company is third party we don't have any benefits like bonus, allowances. Good work environment with suportive team mates. Now in vijayawada we have temporary building so cafeteria, gaming and gym is very small. Company policies are good

No incentive and no appraisal paper release date even after 9 months after rating. No client holiday. No incentive, some time received and management ask is it received on that particular month. No proper management, people can give promotion as they like managers choice. Appraisal given by manager not by us. Totally waste dont come if you are not in HCl.
