...join this company if you are experience.join as fresher,need to learn something.promotion and salary is very less.i have seen employee working 3-5 years of experience ,then don't have promotion with less salary(3 lakhs per year,even below that).night shift completely in your life.life is hell.very pathetic culture.

Worst management, work pressure, No OT for overtime, no base locations or same locations manager, Salary vary less compare to your experience, lots of the timing will not get incentives and NSA., no any clients holidays, no annual or quarterly award, no employee engagement, work environment, transportation chargers, some people allow for WFH and people directly saying don't have option WFH or mark leave & then work from home for that day

High job security, Good work environment and culture. Teammates and senior are very supportive. Company policies are good.

Salary is low and growth is very slow. The work pressure is very high. All time I have to work 12 to 14 hours straight in a day.

Good for freshers, lot of things to learn. Provides OT pay, NSA.

...d but they charge to male employees, pathetic. Very slow growth and poor hike. Hires employees with better pay than appreciation the existing employees ehoy gets comparatively very less salary.

There is nothing I liked. Salary is not provided what is promissed. First of all salary provided is very less and to add on that deductions from whatever was promised. Medical deductions , cab deductions..Lots of deductions. More than 12-15hrs daily shift. Only 1 cafeteria that too in another building.
