No incentive and no appraisal paper release date even after 9 months after rating. No client holiday. No incentive, some time received and management ask is it received on that particular month. No proper management, people can give promotion as they like managers choice. Appraisal given by manager not by us. Totally waste dont come if you are not in HCl.

Bad Decision to Join, worst management ever seen in my 8 year of working. If you are going ask for better fix pay because incentive bonus is a scam there are end number of criteria which Superman will also not able to met. Means no incentive bonus at all

...join this company if you are experience.join as fresher,need to learn something.promotion and salary is very less.i have seen employee working 3-5 years of experience ,then don't have promotion with less salary(3 lakhs per year,even below that).night shift completely in your life.life is hell.very pathetic culture.

Very low pay and increments No work life balance No respect or appreciation for the work and efforts you put in Higher management do not give a damn abt the lower level employees They have normalised working for 14+ hrs a day They pay in peanuts If you work well you will be burdened with more work with no raise in salary
