No incentive and no appraisal paper release date even after 9 months after rating. No client holiday. No incentive, some time received and management ask is it received on that particular month. No proper management, people can give promotion as they like managers choice. Appraisal given by manager not by us. Totally waste dont come if you are not in HCl.

Bad Decision to Join, worst management ever seen in my 8 year of working. If you are going ask for better fix pay because incentive bonus is a scam there are end number of criteria which Superman will also not able to met. Means no incentive bonus at all

Most worst thing is unsecured management no caring of employees also highly cast cuting into salary no benefit as well as no promotion with if ur completed 1/2 year...very badly behaviour doing HR with employees
