Worst management, work pressure, No OT for overtime, no base locations or same locations manager, Salary vary less compare to your experience, lots of the timing will not get incentives and NSA., no any clients holidays, no annual or quarterly award, no employee engagement, work environment, transportation chargers, some people allow for WFH and people directly saying don't have option WFH or mark leave & then work from home for that day

Job security is there even if employee will not perform. All are the freshers so it's good thing that company hiring freshers

...rdination and right approach. Many times they are not aware what they have done. In regards to the salary, enjoy till the time your account getting credited on every month. But if some of the reason your salary gets on hold then it will be too much hectic job to get it paid. It will take months on month to get it back. I have heard in pendamic period, some employees are not being paid due to some pending approvals and those people are still waiting for it. If you have courage to join such kind of organisation, then all the very best for your future. Because the experience what I gained; will not be the same for each individual. But what I learnt from my life is, if you are spending 9-10 hrs in any organisation so that place at least be good. I don't want any new joiner nourish with bad sacrament. So think twice. Many times we just choose the place where we get hired with the good pay and position but we might not see the work culture. So hope this description will help you to choose this organization or not. Great place to start a career. It's depends on the team to have a work life balance. Overall there is no much work pressure

Promotion compensation Cap is less single digit. HCL need to revise the compensation for senior roles

Almost everything. Unresponsive senior management, huge work load, subpar pay package, so many trackers to monitor daily work activities. Overall pressure and stressful environment.
