The Company is good for beginners to learn something about the process and to build the career. I love the fact which they are providing the training and assistance until we are fit for it. But need improvement in salary appraisals. And also for starters, the benefit is less.

Dislikes

The work pressure is high and the compensation is also low. I have to work for 12-14 hours in a day as when the work time is 9.5 hrs and won't get benefits for overtime and all.

...nything. And I had to work 9.5 hours where in other companies it's only 8 hours. There is no OT pay, there's no incentives, infact they've made sure for client holiday you apply your own leaves. There are no holidays, if cut down client holidays I only have 12 leaves, which includes sick leave, personal leaves, earned leaves. Ps. If you're sick then you have to apply leave which will be unplanned and your incentive is gone.

... they are giving employment,, For freshers i want to say its a good compony, For salary purpose its not good. For first time i got Bonus bcos company has reached 10b profit and compony is providing chair and table to the employees. And they have auto promotion policy once you complete 18 month u will get auto promotion.

*No salary Hikes as expected only 3 to 4 % of annual hike..... *No promotions, poor management *Delayed in performance appraisal

No incentive and no appraisal paper release date even after 9 months after rating. No client holiday. No incentive, some time received and management ask is it received on that particular month. No proper management, people can give promotion as they like managers choice. Appraisal given by manager not by us. Totally waste dont come if you are not in HCl.
