Working in 4spl is a good experience for fresher and to learn the corporate office new things and the working Nature.

The only thing I dislike the compensation and benefits structure is not good as compared to others.

... colleagues here are more friendly. You get to learn a lot in this organization. Only salary is on lower side but work satisfaction is great.

Only Salary and Cafeteria food is on lower level.

The company is open to innovation and it really motivates employees to learn and grow. The culture is very friendly as well as higher management is supportive. You can learn loads of thing with this organisation. It will always motivates to think out of the box and believe in improving. If you work well and give 100 % you will surely be open to many awards plus good promotion.

Dislikes

The only concern here is salary. It's quiet less compare to other similar industries. One of the reason Syntel face too many attritions. The incentive is also very less .

Literally nothing, it is the worst company to work with, they want labourers free of cost but yes you will get to learn and hand holding is also good. Good place for freshers but you can't earn money in this company.

1) People - bottom to top management are getting worse than worst. 2) Salary and appraisal is like giving peanuts🥜 3) promotions is based on Favouritism, 🥾 you know what I mean. 4) Learning at the initial phase is quite good but it will stopped in sometime. 5) Mentally disturbed when you working for year's. Suggestion - if your job need is very high & want to do job here let's make not more than 1-2 years.
