Teams mates are very supportive, syntel provide very good training in finance stream, it is good learning platform to everyone.

Syntel did not provide good salary package and appraisal, if someone is trying their best but in return they will not receive positive approach or we can say positive response from seniors.

The best thing in Syntel is learning. You can get good chance to learn and enhance your knowledge and skills. Work environment is also good. A good platform for fresher.

The salary they provide is not pet the market standard. Also you will not get good hike there.

Great place for freshers. One can learn many new things in capital market.

Very poor salary structure even less than average salary for the same position in industry. No overtime facility even if the stretch is more than 5-6 hours other than working hours and this thing happens regularly. Absolutely no work life balance. Was not allowed to take leave even if you have pending leaves. One can be victim of office politics even if you are not involved in any matter.
