Management is supportive. It's good company to learn and grow. But pay scale is very low. So once you learn all the things and get to know about corporate world try for better opportunities.

Don't stay for long time, learn fast as much as you can. As fresher you will get to know how corporate thing work, what you will need to do more to grow. HR policy are not good they pay very less. So once you learn all thing and get to know about corporate world try for better opportunities.
