1) People - bottom to top management are getting worse than worst. 2) Salary and appraisal is like giving peanuts🥜 3) promotions is based on Favouritism, 🥾 you know what I mean. 4) Learning at the initial phase is quite good but it will stopped in sometime. 5) Mentally disturbed when you working for year's. Suggestion - if your job need is very high & want to do job here let's make not more than 1-2 years.

Management is supportive. It's good company to learn and grow. But pay scale is very low. So once you learn all the things and get to know about corporate world try for better opportunities.

Poor promotion process and salary hike is very poor no skill development, company culture is very bad, there is so much politics, manager's behave not good for all the team.
